Payment, shipping and return policies

For your convenience we will accept payments through PayPal to make IQAir purchases. If you haven't signed up yet, do so today and you can join PayPal for free, all you need is an e-mail address.

This will serve to clarify Fortress Designs’ Payment/shipping and return/cancellation policies for the sale of IQAir Equipment. This policy does not pertain to the sale of Sabourin dust filters, which are generally not payable by credit cards.

bulletIf within five (5) years for the HealthPro Series and one (1) year for all Products with the exception of filters from the date of the original purchase by the end-user from the Authorized Dealer, the Product or any part thereof (with the exception of filters) is proved to be defective by reason only of faulty workmanship or materials, IQAir North America, Inc. will at their option repair or replace the part or product free of charge for labor and materials.

Obvious defects must be communicated to the Authorized Dealer within 10 days from the purchase date.

This warranty shall not apply to damage caused through misuse, wear and tear, neglect, unauthorized repair, to damage caused through installation, adaptation, modification or use in an improper manner or inconsistent with IQAir’s operating and maintenance instructions, wear or deterioration due to environmental conditions or to damage occurred during transit.

IQAir North America, Inc. will not be liable under this warranty for any fault or damage arising from defective workmanship, if the Product has been serviced, repaired or modified by any person other than IQAir North America, Inc. or the manufacturer’s serial label has been removed or tampered with.

All products returned for service or repair must be accompanied with a RA (Returned Authorization) number. The RA number must be clearly visible on the external packaging. The absence of an RA number will delay the service or repair process, for any shipment to IQAir North America, Inc. not accompanied with a RA number will not be accepted or immediately sent back to the shipper. Therefore, please call IQAir Solution Center to receive a RA number prior to shipment.

If the the customer returns the merchandise after using it for less than 30 days the customer will be refunded the purchase price less a 15 % restocking fee. There is no refund or exchange on used products after 30 days.

If merchandise is damaged in any way, the refund will not be issued under any circumstances.
